I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle (Oakville, ON) in Oct 2020
Interview
They asked about my previous job experience and talked me through the job expectations. They explained what the company represented and the daily routine they faced. They also explained that training was provided for at least 3 shifts. I was required to buy non-slip shoes to start working.
They called me in for an interview with the manager. She didn’t ask a ton of questions besides my availability and experience. Wasn’t a very enthusiastic interviewer and then never got back to me
The interview process was pretty. Good. He just asked questions. The manager was friendly. He was on time. I signed papers. he said he was going call me back. It was quick and easy.
