I filled out an application and they called me a few days later. I just went in and sat at a table. They asked me and a few other applicants basic questions like what do I see for myself in the next few years.
Met with the restaurant manager. did taste testing of everything on the line. Be prepared for random questions that have little to do with the actual job. Outside of this, showing interest in the actual brand does seem to help.

The Chipotle training manager appeared 20 minutes lately, then as soon as I said I am not U.S. citizen, he disappeared silently and never came back. That’s the funniest things I’ve ever experienced since 10 years ago.
