The manager asks you basic interview questions. They get to know you and what you do, what your goals are, and overall just see if your personality would be a good fit in customer service
Called into office to discuss my resume and career background and talked about skillset and how I could contribute to the team with that skill set. I thought it was a nice interview and we got to know each other.

Came in person, it only took a few minutes. Took a little while to hear back, the interviewer was nice and straight to the point. Very simple and straightforward process.
