Met at restaurant and had an interview. Was asked multiple questions and I answered them. Asked for availability and I responded. We just proceeded to discuss why I chose Chipotle and I provided my answer. It was also an open interview, so there were time slots that were open to anyone to go in and get interviewed.
Quick chat with manager, 30 minutes, had to speak about my previous work experience, and how I Work with customers and availability as well as commitment to the team for both the current season and onward.
It was very chill, they asked about previous work experience, why I left my previous job, my skills, and my availability. Very standard interviewing process and interviewer was very nice.

very easy, two interviews, one over phone and in-person, less than 30 minutes and talked with store manager and some of the crew, got a tour of the back kitchen ask about weekends and experience
