Interview
It's kind of uncomfortable to have to individually talk to and share your personal details with 3 different employees during the interview (they literally just walk off the line in their aprons and sit down with you one at a time. With a panel or group interview where it's multiple people at the same time, it's easier. The way Chipotle handles it takes a long time and puts so much pressure on the interviewee to present themselves consistently to all three employees despite how mentally draining the process can be. They use A LOT of company specific jargon and read questions out of a giant binder. It's a bit surreal, one employee asks you a set of questions, the next one turns to the next page and asks you another set... they also will focus on their buzz words and ask what you think they mean. If you answer with the actual real world definitions for these words, they'll tell you you're wrong and give you the company spiel. It's odd and can be a bit of a dissociative experience if you are not ready for it. I can't remember if they give you a free meal... I don't think they did.

Interview
Group of people sit in a circle to answer questions. First come first serve answers. Some regular questions about working in a restaurant and previous restaurant training and experience. Lasted about 45 minutes
Quite easy interview, no real pressure more just talking about the position itself with a few questions that get asked at every other job as well as some questions on your past experience in the food industry

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and why you left your last job
I showed up on time yet waited in the lobby for the manager for about 15 mins. But it was short and sweet. They ask you basic interview questions. As long as you are competent, you have the job.
