I applied online and received a phone to come in a week later. I was there along with 3 other candidates. The GM and another worker took us outside. I have to say that this was the most unprofessional interview I have been to. The worker looked at this sheet that had questions and said she had no idea how to conduct an interview to the GM. She asked 2 questions until she was called in by a worker to put things away. Then the GM took over and asked 1 question until a crew member came out and talked to us. He was really peppy and fun, and was the only one that seemed interested in conducting the interview. While he was talking, the GM got up and left without saying anything to us. It was really rude. The whole group interview lasted less than 10 minutes. About 5 minutes later, I was called in to have a second interview the next day. It was with one of the crew members, and she was nice. It lasted about 5 minutes, and she said to sit and wait so she could go get the GM to talk to me. A few minutes later, she came out saying that he was really busy and that they would contact me within 48 hours. 5 days later and still nothing. I wouldn't have wanted to work there anyway though based on my interview experience. The GM was really unprofessional, I really dont know how he got that position.
