I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Chipotle in May 2013
Interview
You are first placed in a group interview with maybe 4, 5 other applicants. You are then asked a series of situational questions and to talk about yourself. You should be aggressive and SMILE!! It's really important to smile but also make them feel comfortable around you. After the first round, you may get a call back asking for a second interview, which will be individual with a manager. Final interview will be with the GM so the process overall may take a bit.
