Interview
It went smooth. Had faith that i was going to get hired. I was a little nervous, as always because once I make it to the interviewing process I be hoping not to get turned down after all my hard work. I was eager to work and to try the food :)
Very simple just asked to tell the about yourself and availability for working. Did not have much else they train you so they are really just looking for willingness to work.
Pretty much confirming if you can do the job task or not and checking your availability. Having a positive and easy going attitude definitely helps as you can jump right into the team and follow their values. Overall pretty simple and straight forward.

I applied online to a location that was just opening up. Within the month, I had received an email with an interview time and location. It was a hotel conference room where there were about 6-7 managers, supervisors, and restaurateurs present. I had the job within 10 minutes. All of us chosen then began training for a couple of weeks under the management there. While undergoing training, we watched videos on the history and on-going growth of the chain, as well as learning where the food came from.
