I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Rosemead, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
I applied for a Chipotle near my home but I was instead sent to another Chipote at least 20 minutes away so I thought that was a bit odd. It was a job fair type of interview so potential employees gathered at the Chipotle before the store actually opened.
There were a good 40 people there and about 8 went in at one time to get interviewed by three people. It was quite lengthy (30 minutes) because of the amount of people being interviewed at a time. They asked us to answer one interesting thing about ourselves, what Chipotle's mission is, why we would be a good asset and some experience we've had.
If it's a job fair type of interview instead of an individual one, get there early; there were still many people left to be interviewed after I finished mine and it was about to become opening time.
Overall the interviewers were nice and seemed very happy to meet new people. One woman had a clipboard with our names and a friend caught a peek at the board and saw that a name was circled. Needless to say, he most likely got the job.
I applied online and was brought in for an interview. The interview questions were fairly easy. The woman interviewing me was in a very bad mood. It felt like she was rushing through the interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (North Brunswick, NJ) in Jun 2021
Interview
I just got a paper sheet to fill out with information filled out online, then got an interview where I was asked questions. I did not get the job due to no experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Belton, MO) in Jun 2021
Interview
Went inside and sat at one of the tables and the manager interviewed me. He was very welcoming and seemed like a really nice person. Overall a very casual, laid back interview.
