There is really nothing you can do to make this interview better, I guess you can do some research on the company. Other than that, just be yourself. You need to happy, polite, smart, and things like that. During the interview, the person is just trying to get to know you to see if your are a potential fito into the team
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
