The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Minneapolis, MN) in Sep 2015
Interview
I was called in the next week. I got there and they gave me something to drink then sat me down and we talked for 20 minutes. they told me I could have a full time job and start tomorrow as long as I had all my paperwork. I was very excited so I came in next day and brought everything except my form of ID. my manager told me to come back when I found it. he then told me and someone else who applied and got the job on the spot (like me) not to come in when he had scheduled us because he wouldn't be there. we then found out thru another worker he quit or was fired. tried to call, & send email but no reply. now they're looking for workers still. seemed like one big game and a waste of my time.
I applied online and was brought in for an interview. The interview questions were fairly easy. The woman interviewing me was in a very bad mood. It felt like she was rushing through the interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (North Brunswick, NJ) in Jun 2021
Interview
I just got a paper sheet to fill out with information filled out online, then got an interview where I was asked questions. I did not get the job due to no experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Belton, MO) in Jun 2021
Interview
Went inside and sat at one of the tables and the manager interviewed me. He was very welcoming and seemed like a really nice person. Overall a very casual, laid back interview.
