Well I got an email for the first interview I applied in September so it took about 2 weeks &I after the first I got asked to come back for the second interview for the next day , the second interview consisted me to walk threw the kitchen and meet the workers it was very busy at the time but they were really nice we sat down and talk and we had a good convo not about chipotle and she said she really liked me and told me tips for the third interview she told me it takes 48 hrs for a call back so I'm currently waiting I'm so nervous

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
