Had a group interview There was like 6 other people there. Person that was interviewing us was late so we had to wait.We were at table's around the Chipotle and she sat in the front and we went up 3 people at a time. She was nice and it was in the morning time at 9:30 AM. She told us to talk about yourself's and we did.We wrote down are phone numbers and what time we are available. The interview took about 30 minutes.

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
