Interview
I was asked basic questions about skills that would be useful in the kitchen, on the line, or as a cashier. Also a morality question. Sat in the dining area of the restaurant, very casual. They took me on a tour of the back of the house and through the kitchen and that was it, probably took around 10 minutes.

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
