Interview
I applied online and they contacted me the next day. It was a group interview. After that, they called me for a second interview which was actually 4 more separate interviews with managers or leads from different stations or people in training. I was hired that day. Took almost 2 months for them to give me an actual starting date.

Question 1
All 5 interviews or however many are the same. They ask you general questions. Tell me about yourself and why you want to work at Chipotle. Do some research on Chipotle. They like people who know what their company stands for and their moto. Be happy and cheerful, their number one thing really is someone with an upbeat and good personality.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Explain a time when you handled an upset customer?
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
