Interview
I did a group interview. it was hard due tothe fact that there was an ex lawyer applying for a side job so she knew exactly what to say. They really wanted a happy and positive person. They ask about what you want to be when you grow up and why. They ask what youre interested in and why should they hire you. It was easy basic questions. They called everyone in for a 2nd interview
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Explain a time when you handled an upset customer?
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
