Applied online, called the next day for interview, went to interview following day, sat down one on one with a lady, she liked me and told me to wait and she would send another worker after about 4 basic questions, few minutes later a guy comes and sits down, asks the same questions as the other employee. He tells me he likes me and I'd be a good fit. Told me to expect a call back for a second interview within the next few days. I felt confident and left excited at the prospect of a new job. Go home not even an hour later I get an email saying they are unable to hire me at this time. Yeah. Thanks for misleading and lying to me. I'm glad I wasn't hired if they are liars honestly. Too bad they wasted 30 minutes of my life I'll never get back. Whatever.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Bixby Knolls, CA) in Jul 2026
Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
