Interview
Applied online, got a call from the general manager to come in and interview. She asked easy questions, like what I thought about Chipotle and my typical order. More of a conversation. I then got called in for a second interview with the assistant manager, who asked my availability, situational questions, etc.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
