The interview process is comprised of three separate interviews. The first is with a kitchen manager, the second with a service manager and the third with the crew. The first two are one-on-one usually, though sometimes we chose to set up the first interview to where we can interview several applicants at once if there are many who have applied. In this case it is one manager interviewing up to three applicants. The third interview is probably the most important. The applicant has a chance to talk one-on-one with each crew member working that shift. Each and every crew member has a say in whether or not they would want to work with you, so it's important to make a good impression on everyone!
