I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle in Sep 2011
Interview
The interview process was not intimidating. You have to be interviewed by all the managers of the store so depending on your specific location the interview process can range from one day to even a week. It is important to smile and show enthusiasm as high energy is a major requirement when you're working for Chipotle. Overall, the interview difficultly is very low. Compared to other interviews I have experienced, it was not too bad.

Do you know anything about Chipotle's culture and stances?
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Bixby Knolls, CA) in Jul 2026
Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
