I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Indianapolis, IN) in Jun 2014
Interview
Went in after school; waited about 10 minutes until manger finally noticed me. Interviewed me for about 6 minutes and then asked to come in for a crew interview. When I came in for the crew interview it was with the morning staff. They gave me free food and then we sat and each asked a question. the questions varied on what type of person I was, my favorite pokemon, and just general questions about what customer service meant to me.

I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
