I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Glendale, AZ) in Apr 2014
Interview
Management asked me questions, then they brought over crew members to ask me anything else. They were very connective in the entire workplace being involved with new hires. I originally thought the position was for 40 hours a week, which the manager confirmed, only to later realize I was lucky if I got 30 hours. This was a very difficult realization, which really shifted the rest of my time there. They told me that day, at the end of the interview, that I would be getting the position.

The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
