Interview
The first interview I had was with the guy who supervised that specific location, he was very nice and friendly. He asked basic questions, such as why do I want to work here, what do I know about chipotle, and some basic information on what my goals were. After getting to know me and hearing the answers i responded, he further explained some of the opportunities and then told me that I would be a great candidate and that I would get a call back for my next interview within the next day or so. I got a call back the next day, scheduled a second interview and was interviewed by the two managers who were working that day. They both interviewed me separately- both approaching me with the same first question, "so, tell me about yourself". The managers were both very laid backed and questioned about my interest and future goals, music and movie interest then questioned what skills i could provide to the team.

Interview process was straightforward and easy. You submit an online application. Then you do an in-person interview with a manager. The manager I met with was very friendly and the youngest ever at this branch (or district). She asked me general questions about my background, if I had experience working in customer service, food, etc., my availability, and asked if I had any questions.

It was very short and easy half the time these companies are in desperate need for employees and just want somebody with flexible schedules and someone who is reliable. Just smile and relax. I personally didn't even get asked that many question just got hired

What do you think describes a good customer interaction?
The process lasted less than 10 minutes, and all the questions asked I was prepared for since I found them online the night before. Simple things like "where do you see yourself in 6 months," and "what makes you want to work here". Everything was extremely casual and it was not a group interview since I was hired during COVID-19.
