Interview
I applied online and got an interview less than 3 hours later that was scheduled for the next day. I showed up wearing casual clothing (jeans and a nice shirt, converse shoes). Make sure to greet everyone who interviews you with a smile and a firm handshake.The interview was very simple and straight forward. The questions were easy and I mostly had conversations with the managers and employees. It didn't really feel like a formal interview. First I interviewed with the general manager which was the hardest part but still rather easy. Then I interviewed with the kitchen manager and he asked me mainly the same questions as the manager did. We had a conversation on our shared passion for acting. Then he gave me a tour of the kitchen (which is a really good sign you got the job). Finally I sat down with 3 ladies, one of which was in a managerial position and the other two were just crew members. They maybe asked me 1 or 2 questions then just told me what it's like working at Chipotle. They explained what they liked and didn't like. Finally they told me, "Congratulations, I think we all agree that you're hired." I was not given a pay offer but I assume its the 8 dollars an hour that I asked for in the application. Overall a really great experience.

Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
