If you have that bubbly personality, willingness to learn and teach and grow with the company that's what they look for. They really want someone who's a team player but can work well independently. You may be interviewed by the manager but they always encourage every other crew member that's working during your interview to sit down and talk to you as well so that everybody can put it in their input on your answers and personality. The questions are very repetitive but as each other person interviews you , your personality really starts to show.
