Interview
I got there and they were interviewing about 10 people that day. We all sat in the dining room and they interviewed each person and asked some people to stay. After they had finished interviewing everyone me and one other girl were left. They took us through the kitchen and introduced us to everyone. Then we sat down with another employee while she was on break and she talked to us and told us about her responsibilities and what to expect. After that they told us we were hired.
When I worked there however, interviews never went like this. I don't know if it was because we had a new manager or if they were just really in need of people when I was hired. People would show up for interviews almost everyday but I rarely saw any of those people get hired.

Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
