Interview
It was a one on one process and the general manager pulled out three different crew members at three different times to personally ask me questions. Because the crew members themselves had little to no experience with being in job interviews, the questions they asked me were very easy to answer, however they also didn't really help or hurt my chances of being employed with Chipotle. Afterwards I was called in for a second interview to tour the back of the store and see how the store operates.

Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
