Interview
I applied online and was sent an email with a set of interview times on a specific day (I wasn't contacted for availability). I showed up to the interview about 5 minutes early, where they gave me a drink and told me to go sit at a table with 2 other candidates. The kitchen manager and assistant general manager came to interview us. The interview was altogether pretty simple. We were all told to expect an email within 48 hours, either about the next step in the interview process or ending the hiring process. I never received any email.

Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
