Interview
I applied on Saturday night around 9 pm and got a call the next day around 8 pm. He asked me to come in on Tuesday at 3:30 for my first of two interviews. I met with the GM, the apprentice, and the kitchen manager. They were all more interested in myself and my personality rather than the typical what would you do in such and such situation. At the end the GM asked me to come in the next day for a second interview where I was interviewed by 2 crew members. They all asked the same general questions, and were all very friendly. Luckily I had done my research because all 5 people I talked to asked what I knew about Chipotle as a company. The GM said he'd give me a call and he did the next day with a job offer.

Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
