I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Silver Spring, MD) in Feb 2016
Interview
My interview was scheduled for 1:00pm, and since it's deemed professional to arrive early, I got there at around 12:30. The interview didn't start until an hour later, which upset me a little because my ride was sitting in the parking lot waiting for me to finish (and I'm also pretty impatient), but I didn't let it completely ruin things for me. I first talked to the apprentice manager who offered me something to drink, which I thought was really nice and then the general manager and some employees who were around my age (I'm 17). The apprentice manager was very kind and down-to-earth, so this part of the interview was a cinch. He basically asked me about myself, why Chipotle, what I know about Chipotle... questions like that. I would definitely recommend researching the company beforehand. Afterwards, the general manager and the employees asked me some similar questions. Just be yourself because they're not looking for over-achievers or anything like that—they want someone who strives to do their best and help others succeed. When I got home after the interview, they called me to come back because they liked me so much and hired me the same day! Overall the best experience I've had with job interviews.

Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Explain a time when you handled an upset customer?
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
