I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
I did the application online then they called me a while later to go for a interview and I was super excited. So on the day of the interview I showed up a couple of minutes early and they told me to wait for the manager because she wasn't here yet. So I waited for about 5-10 minutes (they offered me something to drink) then she arrived and she asked me questions. They were pretty simple questions, they were all revolving around who I am as a person and what kind of hobbies do I have stuff like that. It was a lot faster than I thought and then I left. The things that annoyed me was they never got back to me. Its one thing if you didn't want to hire me but dont get my hopes up and tell me if I got the job or not. So I had to call them A LOT because they never told me if I got the job or not. I actually told my mom about this, and I told her how the manager was late and my mom said that they were probably unorganized. But they never contacted me back which got me upset, and I hate when jobs dont do that.

I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Bixby Knolls, CA) in Jul 2026
Interview
The interview was pretty easy, but I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled to be interviewed. Inside the Chipotle, it was extremely hot and really uncomfortable, but other than that, the interview was pretty easy. But I haven’t heard back, as I was supposed to get a call on Sunday.

Question 1
They mainly asked me for my availability throughout the week, if I’m able to work weekends, what my good and bad qualities were, and that’s pretty much it and hobbies.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.
