I applied online through a job site, I got an email from a recruiter asking me to interview in person. I had my in person interview at Rassmussen College, questions were detailed and in depth. The entire interview was about an hour long. Easy to talk to interviewer -- very nice and professional. Ultimately I did not have enough experience in the food industry.

They sent over a video HireVue link, which had a standardized 6 question interview- this way all of the candidates can have the same questions and be graded on the same criteria. Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter to meet a local recruiter for the initial interview. If I was unable to make the day and time they had selected, I was given the option of doing an online video interview. I met the recruiter at my appointed time. The interview was casual. The recruiter was genuinely wanting to get to know me and gauge my personality for the fit of the role. I was told the environment was casual and to wear jeans. I did so even though I am use to a suit every day. A nice change from a stuffy stressful interview process.
