Chipotle Crew Member - Line interview questions

I applied online after seeing a banner outside of the store advertising that they were "now hiring." Four days after submitting my application, I got a call to schedule an interview. I came in three days later and was offered a free drink (how nice!). A manager (I think) sat down with me and was very casual, he asked how my day was going, what I was up to, etc. He then asked me if I was planning on working there for the Fall. I said maybe and that was the deal breaker. He told me they were only interested in people who could commit to work there for the next year and then he said "That's fair, right?" So I agreed and I was dismissed.
