It wasn’t difficult but there was not a lot of communication. I was asked twice to let them know if I got another offer during the process. I did and sent them a message, and they never responded. I was surprised to be ghosted after three interviews. Very unprofessional.

Applied for position two weeks later received an email from recruiter requesting a phone screening. Phone screening was basic question. Getting to know your work history, your salary expectations, computer skills. Then it is provided to hiring manager. If manager is interested your informed of an interview.
