Chubb HR Operations Analyst interview questions

Resume submitted to recruiters and then I was shortlisted for an interview with a HR Head. Questions were quite ok, more so pertaining to technical abilities in Microsoft Excel and how confident you are in practicing it since the role looks to use Excel a lot. Eventually received an offer via email asking for salary expectations of which I gave an amount and said can hop on a call to discuss further. Ghosted for 1 week with no news. Bumped them again to ask if can be discussed. Only heard back from them 2 days later only for them to rescind the offer due to budget constraints with no prior discussion or explanation via call.
