Phone interview lasted about 20mins had about 3 behavioral questions. 24hrs later received invite for face to face interv. Interview lasted longer than scheduled.... which was a good thing. Offer received 2 days later.
The interview process consisted of three rounds, including conversations with team members and leadership. Discussions focused on experience, technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and overall fit for the role and organization.

3 interviews in total - 1 screening and 2 in-person. Not very technical. Salary for a first-time position is great (associate role). 30-minute interview. 2-3 people will be attending the meeting alongside you.
