I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Chubb in Mar 2013
Interview
The interview was very thorough and professional (pre-screen, face-to-face). I had to go to the office two times and interviewed with 9 different people. Everyone spent a good amount of time talking about the job and asking good questions. The offer came a month and a half from the initial interview. The hiring manager was the one that actually called with the offer which made the experience very personal.

Question 1
Describe a project that you were working on that didn't have a positive outcome.
The interview was online because it was the middle of the COVID-19 panic. the recruiter was on time and the whole process was quite smooth. 2 had 2 round interviews, and each was about 30 minutes.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Chubb (Melbourne) in Nov 2021
Interview
1 phone screen was great, really thorough and provided good overview of the role.
2nd round was an interview, fairly standard behavioural questions however I got the sense they were looking for a very specific candidate - young/male/ambitious/extrovert and were not open to someone who didn't fit the idea of their preferred style.
Most disappointingly, I was ghosted after this interview. After 2 weeks I had heard nothing back. If this is how they treat HR candidates it doesn't give me a good feel for how they would treat people for the other business and frontline areas.

Question 1
what would you cook for the queen if she came over? please get a better question...it's Australia and nobody cares about the queen
Also, how does this question provide you with any input into whether I can perform the role well?
An excellent process with interview with just one person from their corporate office and then a follow-up phone call before a background check was performed and an offer of employment was made.
