First I applied online then I went to the store to speak to the hiring manager during 1-3pm Monday through Thursday. I introduced myself to the manager and explained I applied online. They offered me an interview. There was a follow up interview with another manager and then job paperwork.

I came early to the interview, and the interview went pretty quickly. It was mainly just talking over previous experiences and availability. The interviewer also talked about how the background check was going to work.
