Interview
Sit down interview with personality questions like have you ever had to admit you did something wrong and when was the last time and what was it. Stuff like that as whe do you think you can do this job. If they interview you for a entry level position you usually already got the job, as for other positions they will try to make you feel unworthy or the position and sometimes they already have someone picked out before they even start interviews.

Interview
The interviewers are professional and competent but expect to jump through a few hoops. Before a job offer you will have to do aptitude testing at a state job facility and minimum of two interviews which are pretty bland. It is AFTER you receive your job offer is when the work begins. There are two background checks, one conducted by HR and a second by an outside agency. The physical is also required and is extensive and include a drug screen, a respiratory test, lifting weights and an allergy test by introducing enzymes to your body to check for reaction. Then you will have to attend a one week orientation class that is only given once a month. If you miss it wait a month so if you need quick employment this is not for you.
