They presented at my college's campus and had interviews that day. After that interview, they called me back to have an on-site interview. That one went well and they offered me the summer internship within a week or so.

Interview
Fairly relaxed interview with HR rep. The interviewer had a list of questions and took notes on my responses. I recall waiting in the lobby for quite a while before being invited into the conference room, even though I got there right on time. No trick or surprise questions.
