Ciena Entry Level Quality Assurance interview questions

First interview was over the phone. Had small talk before the interviewing process then proceeded to questions about my resume. Most of the time was spent talking about past experiences/jobs in a more "What was your favorite experience with this job" type question. By the end I was asked a few technical questions (RTOS vs OS, UML, etc). I was then given a detailed description of the position and had time to ask any questions. Second interview, in-person, was scheduled to my availability the next week - which I haven't had yet.
