The process has been serious and structured. I think that it has been a little slow, like 3 months for interviews and exams. I applied before for others jobs at the same company and I have not received any answer, I think that HR could sent a short email to the candidates that do not fill the profile or for some reason are not eligible for the position.

Interview
This is by far the best interview. There were timely updates and feedbacks on interview rounds. I had 4 interviews, first with HR then second with director and senior manager , third technical interview with system engineering and PLM team and finally last with Hiring manager. and all this happened in 5 weeks. Interview process was very smooth.

Went through a round of interviews the same day. I met with the HR rep, the hiring manager, a fellow employee, another project team manager, and another employee. After all those, I met with the president of the company. Lots of questions and discussions about salary.
