I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ciena (Zapopan) in Feb 2016
Interview
I got contacted through a job search website, then we continued our conversation over e-mail. From there I got a call from the recruiter to explain to me more about what they were looking for and if I have the skills required. Then he offered me to get a call from the manager of the position which I accepted. I took the call and the manager explained in better detail everything about the position and the company and what would be required from me. I stopped there because I was not convinced on that particular job but the next step on the process would have been a face interview for technical questions and the manager mentioned he was coming to Zapopan to meet the candidates in person and continue the process.

Question 1
How flexible would you be to work on a day/afternoon shift and to switch between the two every now and then?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Ciena (Guadalajara, Jalisco) in Feb 2016
Interview
In the process, everybody who was involved was very attentive, helpful and polite. It took a long time to complete however the recruiter was always in communication with me. I made multiple interviews with different people, some of them were by phone and some face to face. In one interview we talk about my skills, they do not miss anything and asked me all related of my previous Jobs and the responsibilities/tasks of each one, we also discussed the solutions that I would take in some scenarios. In another interview instead on focusing of my skills they focus on my professional goals.
