Ciena Co-Op interview questions

Applied online, was contacted for a phone interview. Interviewers were extremely friendly and professional, had a great conversation with them. Unlike other places I was interviewing with, they actually took the time to really get into the details about the position - this was ultimately a big deciding factor in taking the offer over a higher paying offer.
