Ciena Software Applications Engineer interview questions

Recruiter reached out to me for role. First round happened after 10 days since recruiter called me, second round was in 2 days and again 3rd round took a week. After 20 days without any update, hr reached out to me to discuss the salary. The call didn't happened for a week. After a week hr gave me complete salary breakup verbally and I was expected to get offer letter in 2 days, which came after 2 weeks. Got good offer but very slow process though. Sometimes I felt like I was ghosted by the hr and team.
