First my resume was not selected. Then they called for an interview. I returned the call and no one ever called back. Then I received an email saying they selected someone else. If this is the hiring process, the disorganization is the first reason I would never work there, the second is the horrible reviews of the company and lastly the inability of HR to answer simple questions as she interviewed a friend of mine and was y knowledgeable of basic questions of the company and CEO.
