The interview process was very thorough and fair. For the authorizer position, we prefer that people have experience in the Heating & Air Conditioning field, plumbing, appliance repair or electrical field, as we deal with service partners that goes out to do repairs nationwide on these items on a daily basis.

It was a circus. They paraded in 4 managers to interview me. Next, Next. None asked any real meaningful question. Most seemed annoyed they had to be there. They are just looking for people to be warm bodies to answer the phones. They dont care how long you stay really.
