I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas

Met with the recruiter on campus, applied online and then got an email a week later to schedule an interview. I interviewed with a service manager and a previous management trainee. The interview was fine - I was asked a set (about 7) of "tell me about a time when..." questions. I went on a ride-along a week later with a senior SSR. This was followed by an interview with the GM.
