I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
It was a pretty traditional interview. The interviewer was very knowledgable of Cintas. Every question that she asked was, "tell me about a time...". The phone interview was with a recent college grad and she seemed a little nervous to speak to me.
