I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas in Feb 2018
Interview
I met at college career fair and got a next day interview. Asked about why I chose Cintas, where I see myself in a couple of years, why I chose my school.
Next was round robin style interview. Had a presentation, lunch, plant tour then interviewed with four different general managers. All were behavioral.
Final interview was at headquarters. I heard back in 3 days.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you used safety in the workplace
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
